Metro Mondego informs that, starting August 1st, it will provide alternative transportation to the Lousã branch line using other companies. The current bus operator has informed us that it will be unable to provide service from August 1st until the Metrobus begins operating.

This is a particularly difficult period for contracting this type of service, due to the short contract duration and the time of year. Metro Mondego has been forced to use several companies to ensure the continuity of transportation, deploying buses with different branding, namely Busway, Vale do Ave, and Guimabus.

Regarding tickets, fares, and schedules, there will be no change.
